Shipping policy

Once order has been placed, merchandise will be shipped within 3-4 business days via USPS or UPS*. A confirmation email will be sent with order confirmation and tracking number for US orders only. Expedited shipping and international shipment tracking is available for an additional fee.  

SHOP AKWAABA is not responsible for lost, stolen, unclaimed, or returned packages.  Reshipping is at the cost of the Purchaser. 

*Due to our partnership with independent artists and designers, designing and/or shipping periods maybe be unexpectedly delayed.  If this is the case, Purchaser(s) will be notified promptly via email.
